Greetings!
I bring experience and dedication to your therapeutic journey.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. In my sessions, the client leads, and I provide guidance along with way. I tailor each session to fit the need of the individual. We will typically use the M.A.P.S (measurable, achievable, positive, and specific) technique to establish realistic goals. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, family conflicts, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, and career difficulties. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
